They’ve been sent for birthdays, commiserations, to say ‘thank you’ and ‘I’m thinking of you’. Don’t forget, you can choose a sleeve for these boxes, and you can include a message on your order to truly personalise them.
And last, but definitely not least, for the ‘all things new’ blog, we have this month’s Small Batch Bake. For March it is Raspberry and Rose – a vanilla sponge layered with Raspberry and vanilla jam, topped with a rose buttercream, which is then sprinkled with raspberry pieces and rose petals. It’s beautiful, and a gorgeous blend of flavours. It’s only been out for a few days and already we are looking at a sell out. As many of our cakes, you can freeze this, so if you want to order it and keep it for Mother’s Day, just pop it straight in your freezer and bring it out when required.
