It’s time for this month’s “In the Bakery”, where we catch up with what’s happening behind the scenes here at Ginger Bakers HQ.
Every January we take time to look at last year’s sales, success and area’s to improve. We have already begun our test bakes for our Small Batch Bakes and some new tray bakes for our core range, to increase our offering to wholesale customers.
We were extremely lucky to be featured in The Guardian over Christmas! Felicity Cloake reviewed our Christmas in a Box, and it immediately sold out. We made more, and again, they sold out.
Whilst we know it’s no longer available, you can read the review here, we were thrilled with it. It’s inspired us to create some more ‘in a box’ ideas, so watch this space. As ever, we are keen to hear your thoughts. Contact us via our socials, or email us if you think we are missing something!
We’re planning photoshoots, awards, trade shows and our own wholesale open evening too. And that should keep us out of mischief in January!
