We introduce a new, limited edition Small Batch Bakes monthly which keeps your cake counter lovely and fresh. Be sure to sign up to our mailing list to keep up to date with new releases.

We recommend you add some loaf and fruit cakes to your range too, to add a bit of variety to your offerings.  Our Chocolate and Stout cake, made with locally brewed stout and our Sticky Stem Ginger are always a great place to start.  For fruit cakes, the Damson Brandy Fruit cake is a lovely one, and our Westmorland Pepper cake is amazing when served with butter and cheese.

Shops, Deli’s and Retail

We have a range of ‘retail ready’ products, from granola to grab bags.  Our fruitcakes have a great shelf life on them, making them a lovely addition to your cake range.

Holiday Cottages and Hampers

Popular choices for holiday cottages and hampers include our Ginger Jake grab bags, Westmorland Pepper Cakes or our granola. Our fruit cakes, which have up to 6 months shelf life on them, meaning these are great to buy in bulk too.

We introduce an amazing range every year, with our luxury Brandy and Orange mince pies being our number one sellers of the whole year! You can view our Christmas range all year round on our wholesale website, if you would like to talk discuss bespoke or larger orders, please contact us.

Of course! We know you would love to try before you buy, so please send us an email if you would like to try any of our cakes.

If you are already a customer and spy something you might want to add to your offerings we are always happy to send samples out too, just ask and we can add it to your next order.

Yes!

We have an amazing selection of gluten free traybakes, all baked in a dedicated gluten free facility.  We also have some vegan and dairy free options too.

If you place your order before 7am on

Monday -Thursday

Your order will be delivered the next day.

If you order after 7am that day, it will be dispatched the following day.

If you order over the weekend, it will be dispatched Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Firstly, welcome! Ordering is really simple. Just visit the wholesale section of our website, register for an account and then you can place your order. That’s it!

We will then look after the rest for you.  Please do check out our ‘Cake Storage and Care’ section, and the delivery details, and don’t forget, if you have any questions at all, please do contact us.

If you have freezer space, we recommend you keep our cakes frozen to keep them as fresh as possible. Traybake slices defrost within an hour and loaf cakes take around 2 hours.

If you don’t have enough freezer space, please keep them in a cool place, away from direct sunshine.

There’s a pdf you can download on our wholesale website, or if you prefer us to email you one please ask.

Our ‘name cards’, which you can display with your cakes, also have our ingredients on the back, with allergens highlighted in bold.

We find the most effective way to keep you up to date with new launches, product changes and Ginger Baker news is to send you an email, so please tick the box to sign up to our mailing list when you register.

We don’t bombard you with emails, so don’t worry about that.

Otherwise, we do update our social media lots, and do not hesitate to contact us if you have queeries,

We really try not to make any errors, but we are all human! If you spot an error please let us know within 24 hours of your delivery.

Due to the perishable nature of the goods, we do not accept returns. Any non-conformity must be reported within 24 hours for a replacement or refund. Beyond this, please contact us with details of the batch code, delivery date and best before date, alongside photographic evidence. Each complaint will be considered on a case by case basis.

We reserve the right to change the topping or finish on any of our products, as such these may differ from the website images.
