If you are holding a celebration and want a good old traditional style fruit cake, we have just the thing for you.  For a few years now we have been making this celebration sized cake as a special order for Christmas, and we realised it’s time that everyone should be able to order it. This large fruit cake is packed full of brandy, vine fruits and Lyth Valley Damsons. It’s ideal for a wedding, afternoon tea party, a baby shower or christening. This version comes finished with marzipan and plain white icing, for you to finish as you like. Top it with flowers, add candles or sparklers, or just leave it in all it’s white glory.

Team it with some of our traybakes, a pile of Almondies, a stack of brownies, for a truly memorable dessert table.

We source the best ingredients from our local farmers and producers and create unique recipe with care and attention to details.
