Lisa’s expertise in gluten free baking enabled her to establish a dedicated gluten free kitchen and to teach gluten free baking for a renowned restaurant and cookery school.
Ginger Bakers produce an inspiring array of cakes and bakes using the freshest ingredients and locally sourced where possible and always free range eggs.
We believe good food needs high quality simple ingredients and attention to detail. We also bake for special dietary requirements so that everyone can enjoy our cakes.
