An important element of Ginger Bakers philosophy is that no one should be excluded from enjoying delicious cake, so Lisa has produced the successful ‘Something Special’ range for those with special dietary needs. Lisa’s expertise in gluten free baking enabled her to establish a dedicated gluten free kitchen and to teach gluten free baking for a renowned restaurant and cookery school.
